Those two are maintained by Debian Krap Maintainers because they used to be needed by KDE. Sure, it is the same team as Debian Qt/KDE, but most of those packages are free (and welcome) to be taken care of by other people who know/care more about the software in question. So you are very welcome to package telepathy-qt4 and later file bugs reports against old packages if you want us to ask for their removal. -- Modestas Vainius <modes...@vainius.eu>
