There is indeed a FOSS store here in Kathmandu, Nepal, which is called Digitrust Enterprises in Putalisadak. If you would like to get Debian CD/DVD, you can contact Prabin Gautam (to whom I've also CC'ed this mail). We are, in fact, using Lenny for our servers and have long been users of Debian GNU/Linux.
