Since CFQ is the default IO scheduler, this kind of tasks should be
launched with "ionice -c3", no ?
But that would introduce a dependency on ionice. An option would be to use
start-stop-daemon's IO nice capabilities.
$ dlocate -S /bin/ionice
util-linux: /usr/bin/ionice
$ apt-cache show util-linux | grep ^Essential
Essential: yes
