FWIW I have a script that I usually run to do WNPP bugs maintenance that could easily be extended to do that. Code can be found at: http://git.debian.org/?p=users/atomo64-guest/misc-devscripts.git;a=blob_plain;f=wnpp-maintenance.pl;hb=HEAD By the way, people helping to process the issues reported by the script are more than welcome. Adding a "@daily path/to/wnpp-maintenance.pl -e 2" cronjob would be a good way to get started (the output is an almost-ready email to cont...@bugs.d.o).
