Command-line switches are documented where you expect them to be documented: in command-line switches, with the standard --help option. They have nothing to do in the graphical help system. Furthermore, for a few releases now, evolution has stopped displaying a message that triggered a crash on startup. If it still happens for you, you might consider filing a bug (in addition to the one where you submit the backtrace for your crash, of course). -- .''`.
