Yes. But if you volunteer to do that upstream, I'm sure it'll be really appreciated. I have stuff way more interesting and/or urgent to do on Debian (and as said, I don't think those manpages are useful in the end). So if they are present, fine, if not, it won't prevent me to sleep.
