I unfortunately can no longer host the site.
My plan was to package and release the code so somebody else could run
it but I had hoped to clean it up a bit first (at the moment it's an
embarrassing mess). But given how much time has passed already I'll just
gather it all in a tarball and upload it as-is.
I'll give it a look once you have the tarball online.
