Your reply doesn't seem to be a way of avoiding wasting time, I'm afraid, but rather a way of perpetuating the discussion. But at the risk of doing the same myself: increasing the priority of installation questions is not without costs. I think that the current default suits a big enough proportion of our users that it should be kept at the current priority.
