Rough estimation from buildd logs:

€ wanna-build --list=failed | grep PATH_MAX | wc -l
248
€ wanna-build --list=failed | grep MAXPATHLEN | wc -l
71
€ wanna-build --list=failed | grep MAX_PATH | wc -l  
2
€ wanna-build --list=failed | grep ARG_MAX | wc -l 
1
€ wanna-build --list=failed | grep IOV_MAX | wc -l
3
€ wanna-build --list=failed | grep MAXHOSTNAMELEN | wc -l
33

out of 1226 packages failing to build on hurd-i386.

This doesn't mean there aren't others behind other build failures, but
that gives an idea.
