And then waited patiently to see if any notice would be taken of it. In silence. For eight months. Hearing nothing, I concluded that my previous mode of argument was not persuasive, and decided to try something else. That disappeared into thin air. I wondered whether anybody thought that was a problem, and asked. So here we are.
