Perl scripts, when installed by ExtUtils::MakeMaker or similar, do
have
| eval 'exec /usr/bin/perl -S $0 ${1+"$@"}'
| if 0; # not running under some shell
in the very first lines. Yes, it works. However I wasn't aware there
still was a need for that.
