I assume you are talking about a test rebuild here… first, as a next
step.
I'm replying here now about the "real rebuilds" coming later:
reproducible builds will also need an archive rebuild (or 24k source
uploads) once a dpkg with our features is in the archive.
So my point here is mostly: please coordinate those two archive
rebuilds. It would be awesome to have both PIE and reproducible builds
in stretch for as many packages as possible.
