Hi, did we get anywhere with the gitlab discussion? The PHP packaging group has grown quite big and I would really appreciate if we can get a fine-grained permissions on packaging repositories.
At minimum, there's split between main PHP, PECL extensions and PECL modules, so something like gitlab would be very nice.
