'apt install packaging-tutorial' wasn't mentionted yet and even though
I'm not sure it has fancy new git stuff, I think it should be mentioned
for completness and because it's a good starting point.

and then there is src:developers-reference too, which I aim to have made
unoutdated by the bullseye release date or so. help welcome, it's all
text now!
