Actually the problem couldn't be triggered using systemctl suspend. It can
be triggered by the following:
- xflock4
- Suspend (from Applications->Log out)
- Hibernate (from Applications->Log out)

But I did notice that when running systemctl suspend and resuming by
logging in, the initial screen has some artifacts.
