Hello!

I'd like to pick up maintenance but I'm not a DD/DM (yet).
However, I could help the new maintainer with the package as I'm doing
with mingw-w64 packages.

Anyway, I'd like to ask you to push missing commits into the
repository to keep it in sync with d/changelog (this clause is also
stated in https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/softether-vpn).
