Please stop sending messages like this here. No one knows what "tweaks Applications in all Linux" means. Even if we did know, it would be up to individual upstream projects to add these "tweaks" to their software. Debian doesn't generally make modifications to packaged applications unless it's necessary to fix bugs or security holes.
Furthermore, why is Canonical Legal being copied on this?
