Hello Debian Project Team, I hope this message finds you well.
I am replying to the recent call for volunteers regarding the Debian Data Protection Team, and I would like to ask a few questions to better understand the situation before considering any formal involvement. In particular, I would like to know: - Whether Debian is currently seeking volunteers for data protection–related work - What kinds of skills or background would be most helpful at this stage - Whether it is possible to start by observing or assisting on a limited or informal basis - If there are any public guidelines or documentation recommended for preparation By way of brief introduction, I have been following privacy and data protection–related topics for several years, and I am interested in learning more about governance and data protection practices within large OSS communities such as Debian. Thank you very much for your time and guidance. I appreciate any information you can share. Kind regards, - Joe
