This is a gap in our reproducibility story (which dgit/tag2upload, and
Lucas's work are both trying to plug, in different ways [1]), not a
demonstration that the dscs are actually source code.

[1] FTAOD I approve of what Lucas is doing.  dgit/tag2upload ought to
make Lucas's work easier, although of course bugs with source packages
keep getting in the way eg #1124669.
