I don't understand the meaning of this paragraph:
At his request, Ansgar is no longer part of this delegation. [...]
The former team was:

| * Ansgar Burchardt (ansgar)
| * Joerg Jaspert (joerg)
| * Luke W. Faraone (lfaraone)

Nobody from the former team is part of the new delegation. So were the
other former members removed _against_ their requests?
As far as I understand, the former ftp team delegation was, in a first
step, split into two delegations, the Archive Operations and the DFSG
Team. Both teams initially had the same members. Sadly,
https://www.debian.org/intro/organization does not even have that split
visible.
With the delegation quoted above, the DPL appointed new delegates to the
DFSG team, removing Ansgar, Joerg and Luke from that team while leaving
their delegations to the Archive Operations in place (by not mentioning
those here).
As far as I can guess from Andreas' words, Ansgar decided to leave both
teams.
At least that's what makes the most sense, isn't it?
Or am I wrong?
Greetings
Marc
