Congratulations Andreas. I think your DPL term will be remembered as one where the DPL truly led, rather than just kept things running. Addressing this issue without some conflict and unhappiness was impossible, and as far as an external observer can tell, you navigated this with an incredible amount of patience, goodwill and understanding. In the future, this will be one of the examples I'll recommend to study when someone wants to drive a similar change.
