Has something changed that's caused the throwing away of binaries for
NEW packages to stop working? Maybe something related to the new DFSG
Team workflow?

I ask because I've had a few packages accepted through NEW this
weekend, but they don't seem to have been rebuilt on a buildd (see for
example golang-github-futurfusion-vsock).

Thanks,
Mathias

PS -- Sorry if I overlooked an announcement or update about this
somewhere.
