I wonder how would Debian (or any other free OS) even "block" people in
California or Colorado from using it? I suppose the official download
mirrors operated by Debian itself might attempt some geoblocking, but
does anyone seriously believe that would prevent people from getting a
copy and running their favourite OS, practically anywhere in the world?
