I was at the meeting last night when they announced the netwinder. They said all the tools to develop on the Netwinder were GPL'ed and will be released soon. They didn't give a schedule, but since they were talking about a matter of weeks before Netwinders would be available to developpers, I suspect that the developping tools will be coming soon too.
