Register each of those addresses and either set them to not receive mail or filter it to /dev/null and file a bug against the lists if they don't have that ability. That's what I make everyone do for the lists I admin. As an admin I have to clean up some of the things that get caught, but one would hope -devel at least would have savvy members :"). Personally I use roles to help keep things straight.
