I've been trying to upgrade my system to woody. As it stands, dhelp will cause a woody release to be a major embarrassment to the Debian distribution. Version 0.3.23.2 has a bug which causes installations of many other packages (which install help files) to complain.
The bug is a year old, and the maintainer doesn't answer email. One respondent even tracked down the dbopen call within dhelp which is responsible (#109207). I believe the task falls to debian-doc, since dhelp relies on install-docs and doc-base, to correct this problem. If nothing else, we could just back out to Version 0.3.23, which works just fine on my otherwise woody system.
