Maybe for us who know where to search and what to search for.
But for a someone who's basically just looking for help, a directory with a
bunch of files, an incomplete 00-INDEX file and two similarly unfriendly
subdirectories is not very useful.
Basically the biggest improvement would be the top level index.html which
isn't done yet :) and the additional docs included in the proposed layout.
