        apt-howto.en.sgml:
                * applied patch from Luca which replaces all > and < with
                &gt; and &lt;
                * made more paragraphs around examples, to get po-debiandoc
                to work better
                * made all fixes about # for root, etc as in pt_BR version
                * added explanation about the showsrc arg for apt-cache
                * changed version to 1.8.3
        apt-howto.it.sgml:
                * applied patch from Luca to update the file to 1.8.2
                with the &lt; and &gt; corrections in place
        apt-howto.pt_BR.sgml:
                * changed version to 1.8.3, made fixes that were done to
                the en version
                * made more paragraphs around examples, to get po-debiandoc
                to work better
                * fixed all examples to show # for root or $ for normal user
                * added explanation for the showsrc argument for apt-cache
