Hello! I have tried generating HTML and text documentation for the russian translation of the release notes and have got two really stupid problems:
1. The text version is fine, but it's way too narrow. I assume it happens because of using Unicode which is twice as wide speaking in byte terms. 2. The HTML version is broken - the text generated is UTF-8 while the encoding is assumed to be KOI8-R. You can see both of these errors on our web-page [1]. Any way to fix this? Thank you.
