Hi,
the package linux-sysctl-defaults got introduced in trixie and is
Priority: important. Most users should install it, to avoid being
surprised by behaviour changes when not having it.
An example is ping(8) not working as normal users without it, due to
#1008281.
I don't know which other things may break.
iputils-ping, procps, systemd also Recommend the package, but I
imagine lots of people will be surprised anyway.
Thanks,
Chris
