This would be contradictory to what quilt(1) itself uses. If patches can
be applied, and they succeed, it would be counter productive to always
re-adjust them just for format "3.0 (quilt)".

Please allow fuzz, because re-adjusting patches after every minor
upstream change would not be sensible.
