Package: dpkg
Version: 1.13.11.0.1
Severity: minor
File: /usr/share/man/man1/dpkg.1.gz
"dlocate is a fast alternative to dpkg for queries like `dpkg -L'
and `dpkg -S'"
So why not mention it in SEE ALSO?

Thanks for the patch but unfortunately I'm not going to use it.
dpkg has no reasons to promote dlocate since that tool accesses
many files which are internal to dpkg.
In fact, dlocate will (partly) break with the landing of multiarch.
I'm closing the bug since I don't agree with the reasoning of the bug
submitter.
Cheers,
