The culprit is: libghc-extensible-exceptions-dev-0.1.1.4-255a3

It is actually a virtual package, and the cause of the bug may be the

  Provides: libghc-extensible-exceptions-dev-0.1.1.4-255a3

line of libghc-extensible-exceptions-dev, which is one of the packages
that have been installed.
