The upcoming patches will be submitted to here, the bug tracker. Please avoid sending patches for .po translations as it gets quite difficult to merge back. Just send the entire .po files, so that we can use msgmerge and similar gettext tools to operate on the files. I'll check the docs to mention this explicitly in case it is not currently there. :) Thanks, Guillem
