4681 reports the -r option of dpkg-buildpackage not working, this is clearly no longer true.
4628 should be downgraded to wishlist. 5571 isn't a bug, IMHO. 6820 and 7014 should be merged. 7399: wishlist. 8471: wishlist. 10807: wishlist. 10825 is fixed. 11153 looks like a packaging bug, not a dpkg-shlibdeps bug. 13785 13897 13976 15686 15869 17361 17376: merge. I am merging the ones I thing should be merged.
