This is intended as a Google Summer Of Code Project but could also be worked on in extremadura or debcamp by interested people. As you all know we are in need of a replacement for Webmin. This could also serve as a solution for shortcomings of webmin and wlus and help to scale up Debian-Edu considerably. We are short of time, so please help out describing this and filling in details as soon as possible.
