Skolelinux is a complete out of the box solutions for schools,
including desktop and server profiles.
That's true.
The most important part of skolelinux are serverfunctions, i believe.
Maybe OLPC is not able to run those functions.
Debian Edu is already involved with the One Laptop per Child project.
