Note that for this to happen, moderation need to be as simple as (and preferably using) the listadmin script. If the procedure is complex, I suspect no moderation will be done, and then we are better off with allowing everyone to post. :( I am not convinced debian-edu@ is a mailman list, and thus suspect listadmin do not work with it.
