no, nothing since the bergen meeting.
It's a difficult problem, as we either have to ship the same CA for all
installations or create it on the server, but then we need to provide (read:
document how and write some helper scripts) to distribute it to the other
machines in the network (via usb, or cdrom, maybe even via the network.)
