The blank screen is due to splash, disable it by removing the splash and quiet options from /var/lib/tftpboot/ltsp/i386/pxelinux.cfg/default. If this has no effect perhaps there's been a change in the boot configuration, the file in use can be determined on the client from the messages during PXE boot (try scroll lock or pause/break to hold the messages). > I think the "big guns" are working on getting diskless into shape for > Lenny, so maybe you have to use them as thin clients for now? There's a bug report open (by one Jacob Maier :-) against ltsp-make-client: http://bugs.skolelinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1374 If I understand correctly the script now completes? Would be useful to document progress on this issue there, especially towards the gathering where hopfully some effort will be concentrated towards a solution.
