As described on http://wiki.debian.org/DebianEeePC/HowTo/Upgrade, if you have pciehp in /etc/modules, you now need to remove that. Had we been aware of the issue when 1.1.0 was released, we'd have added it to NEWS.Debian. However, it's a bit late for that now.
