What puzzles me actually is that according to the comment all of my
hotkeys but Soft3 and Soft4 should not work (they only generate a
hotkey event, and there's no workaround for them); yet they do.
Not really a big trouble, but I thought it could have been possible to
simplify a bit the code flow.
