I'm sure it isn't that low. I'm sure you have already built auctex with a bleeding edge Emacs CVS in order to find potential problems with auctex ASAP. Bear in mind that emacs-snapshot also is meant to be the packaging for the next Emacs stable release (I've converted it to debhelper). Cheers, -- J�r�me Marant
