Egg has had a very easy to fix RC bug since May, and a second one related to unversioned emacs since July. I guess Niibe has been to busy to look at it, but I wonder if anyone else from the anthy is using this package and interested in taking over. I'm not able to tell if the package is still useful. If not, maybe it should be removed from unstable.
