As far as I know, I'm the only one using it and I didnt write anything else that does the same thing better so far ;) Polystrap is a tool serving a purpose similar to many existing software packages. The only thing that makes it a bit more than another NIH solution is the fact that you create a tarball of a foreign Debian system without needing superuser priviliges ever throughout the whole process.
