Hi all, The FOSDEM organizers have a hardware insurance for the event, which everyone can use at no cost; it covers theft and accidental breakage, but only at the location of the campus. There'll be a locked room where you can put the hardware for the night from Saturday to Sunday, and there'll be a security staff on campus for the whole weekend, including the nights.
You can, of course, take your hardware with you back to whereever you will sleep, but then it won't be covered in case of theft or accidental breakage. Anyway.
