Since I didn't find one so far I consider writing my own. That is I did find one that seems to do what I need and that's juniper's ftp proxy, but the whole toolkit does not compile on my box and it there is too much interconnection between the programs that I consider digging into the source.
It seems to be easier to write my own. Since there are other protocols in need of a transparent proxy I wonder if anyone's interested in creating our own toolkit, something like debian-proxy.
