Florian Weimer is preparing a new ACT release (still based on GCC 2.8) and Ada applications will be built with it as soon as it has been uploaded. We're going to have Build-Depends: gnat (>= 3.15p-1), gnat (<< 3.16) and Depends: gnat (>= 3.15p-1), gnat (<< 3.16) So, none of the applications you listed are affected by the transition.
