You can build them yourself by downloading the gcc-3.3 source, and adding your architecture no_dummy_archs in debian/rules.defs. Report your results here please which (libstdc++5 dependent) applications break and which continue to work. Matthias PS: I plan to build libgcc1 from the gcc-3.3 source in a week or so on i386. It does work for me here on i386 for some time. Any other architectures, which should be considered?
