Bug#222347: gcc-snapshot: doesn't use 64 bit mode by default on AMD64 target, FTBFS

Please apply the attached patch so that gcc-snapshot builds on amd64
in native mode.  Else it fails when trying to assemble 64bits assembly
as 32bit.  Also add the patch to patched to be applied, of course.
